I accept returns under the following conditions
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The item does not match the description provided on my website.
- The wrong item was sent to you.
To be eligible for a return, the item must
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for
- Custom or personalized prints.
- Digital downloads or electronic files.
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
3. Timeframe for Returns
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return
- Contact us at enquiries@grahamdrewphotography.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos of the item.
- Wait for a response, I will provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
Once I receive your returned item and verify its condition, I will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exchanges
I do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective

- I will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
8. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to my error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), I will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
9. Custom Orders
As custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
