Welcome! I’m Graham Drew, a nature and landscape photographer based in the breathtaking Yarra Ranges, a region that never fails to inspire me with its beauty and diversity. My love for photography began years ago with a second-hand camera and a deep curiosity about the world around me. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a obsession, as I realized how photography could capture fleeting moments and transform them into timeless memories.
Today, my work is centered on showcasing the intricate beauty of the natural world. From the quiet stillness of misty forests to the warm glow of golden sunsets, I aim to capture nature’s many moods and layers. I’m drawn to the little details that often go unnoticed—the delicate unfurling of a fern, the shimmer of light on water, or the texture of ancient tree bark. These moments remind me of the incredible complexity and beauty that exists all around us, and I feel privileged to preserve them.
Living in the Yarra Ranges has given me endless opportunities to explore and document its stunning landscapes. Whether hiking along forest trails, waiting for the perfect light at sunrise, or chasing waterfalls after rain, I’m always looking for new ways to connect with and share the essence of this beautiful region.
Every photograph I take is a piece of my story—an invitation for you to experience the world through my eyes. My hope is that my images inspire a deeper appreciation for nature, encourage exploration, and perhaps even evoke a sense of calm or wonder. Thank you for taking the time to visit my site and view my work. I’m excited to share this journey with you and hope my photography brings a touch of the Yarra Ranges’ magic into your life.
